Midsized general contractor with an office in Colombus, OH seeks a Director of Operations to oversee all projects, personnel and client responsibilities for the region. The role will supervise all of the light industrial projects for the firm. Projects include manufacturing, distribution, warehouses and R&D facilities.
The firm is established and reputable, and performs general construction and CM services on a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
Seeking someone who has been a director or operations manager, however we are willing to consider an up-and-comer such as a Project Executive or Sr Project Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level.
Excellent backlog of current work, established history of successful project completition in the area. Excellent pay and growth opportunity. Will relocate from anywhere within the USA.
