Midsized, commercial general contractor in the Detroit area seeks construction president to work with incumbent and transition over full responsibility.
We are seeking an experienced construction executive with strong construction operations experience to run an established, multi-office, general contractor that performs senior living, healthcare facilities, and multi-family housing construction. The firm is established over 40 years, profitable and reputable.
This is a great opportunity for an up-and-comer to work with the incumbent president and transition to full control, or for an experienced president to take over control immediately. Candidates should have a stable job history, good people, leadership and client skills. Although we would prefer candidates with P&L experience, we will consider a strong operations manager or up-and-comer who is ready to take their career to the next level.
