This individual will be responsible profit and loss of all interior projects and report to the president.

Individual shall have the following abilities:

Understands construction contracts(Owner/GC/CM/Subs)
CPM scheduling

Profitability of projects (Volume of 25-30 Million currently)
Safety
Management of Project Managers (currently 5 PM’s)
Start up meeting for turn over of the project from estimating to PM
Review and sign off on budget
Start up meeting with PM, field operation manager and Supt.
Quality control meetings bi-monthly or monthly as required – these will include PM, Supt., (subs and vendors as required) to review safety, labor, job costs, schedule, changes, cash flow, RFI’s, submittal log, etc.
Cash flow, receivables, change order management
Development and training of project managers
Monthly job cost report review with President
