Effectively communicate with the CIO, COO, Telecommunications Director, MIS staff, and supported departments. Interpret policies and procedures as established by superiors. Compile data based on research techniques and on statistical compilations. Develop, enter, and process Purchase Orders and Resolutions for all IT Equipment, Network, and Software Services. Responsible for Payables of all monthly invoices. Budget tracking of all monthly expenses. Data entry. Payroll submission for the MIS Department. Vendor and Contract Management. Maintenance of all office equipment. Inventory control. Coordinate travel.
