The Chief Operating Officer (COO), as a member of the senior management team, contributes to the successful achievement of the organization's mission and strategic initiatives by providing leadership, oversight, evaluation and direction for the operational performance of medical, dental and pharmacy operations, outreach programs and call center. The COO oversees and coordinates the management and maintenance of CHC facilities, renovation and construction projects. As CHC's Compliance/Privacy Officer, the COO is responsible for the direction and oversight of activities related to HIPAA privacy and corporate compliance.
