Job Description
Candidates will be responsible for the review of project documents and the establishment of project list pricing for all projects in a defined geographical area. Communicating with Architects to clarify project estimating questions in all areas. Back up to Project Administrator and Project Support Technician. Other required duties are as follows: Generating project list pricing for all construction projects containing company products in a defined geographic area, reviewing project specifications and contact necessary individuals to resolve questions and irregularities within the project specifications, and working closely with the District Manager when his/her assistance is required to perform and/or complete any of the above duties or objectives.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must meet ALL of the following requirements to be considered for this position: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of customer service and/or sales experience, experience reading and interpreting plans, specs, and blueprints, and the ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check. Opportunities for advancement might include progressing into a District Manager or Project Manager.
