What is Construction Chief Operations Officer Job Description ?
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree a must. MBA or Masters a plus. Minimum 7 + years of experience in an executive position. Construction or Real Estate Development background preferred but will consider other areas of expertise (i.e. Construction or Real Estate Law, Architecture, Engineering).
Candidate will possess excellent leadership skills as well as communication, organizational and management skills.
Ideal candidate will have previous lcoal work experience preferable.
Must be able to work under high pressure and be a decision maker.
Time Management and People Management skills are essential.
Candidate will have managed offices with many employees
Candidate must come with an abundance of self confidence and poise.

Responsibilities:
Will oversee the corporate operations of company which includes but is not limited to the following:
Developing and managing the current Business Plan
Development of the company policies and procedures
Overseeing day to day operations of each department (Operations, HR, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, Accounting).
Will also be participating in day to day operations of construction projects (depending on candidate background)
Will work with Legal Dept. regarding outstanding or possible future issues.
