Objective : Dear Sirs,

I am enclosing a copy of my resume for consideration of a position of Facilities / Construction Project / Property Manager.

I most recently worked for a facility planning and management company, Spectrum Strategies located in Southfield, Michigan, with whom I have been working for 8 years. My position was as project manager in charge of construction projects world wide for ArvinMeritor, an 8 billion dollar company. I have been in facility management for over 21 years and am experienced in property management, construction project management, and facilities management with an excellent understanding of budgets, facility management procedures, construction, coordination of contractors and union trades personnel, and communications. I am very diverse in my experience in the automotive field from vehicle design to testing to production facilities. I have also worked on many office buildings and warehouses along with design, construction, and maintenance of these facilities and support functions. I have worked on numerous construction projects including new building design, construction, schedules, and lab equipment integration. I continuously interface with the building management and building owners representing the tenant's requests. I have experience in supervision of a staff of maintenance personnel and coordinate union and non-union personnel. In addition, I have under my responsibilities security, environmental, safety, and health programs. I have scheduled, supervised, and coordinated all contractors and union trades personnel who service the buildings. I also have extensive testing lab facility management experience and very strong computer skills, including a degree in computer science.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
