I resigned from my position of 11 years in 1999 and moved to Florida after completing ( 88 Million Dollars of Public Works Capital Projects ) as an Engineering Facilities Director for the State of Indiana. My responsibilities consisted of, but not limited to the Preventative Maintenance, Management and complete oversight of all Electrical ( High & Low Voltage ), Chillers, Cooling Towers, Refrigeration. Freezers, Powerhouse Boiler Operations, Mechanical, HVAC, Emergency Generation capabilities, Asbestos Abatement, Storm / Sanitary Waste Water Systems, Painting, Carpentry, Roofing Systems, Construction Document and Development Review of New Construction and Re-Habilitation of existing structures, Construction Site Work Monitoring, OSHA / ADA / MSA ,ISA, Compliance, Budgeting, Purchasing, Estimating time and Materials, Bid-Review, concerning over 60 Government Building Structures, to include a 150 Bed Hospital Complex, ISO and JACHO experience, while applying to all State and Federal laws, Statutes and guidelines. I am very good with hands on capabilities concerning Mechanical, HVAC Systems , Construction and repair, concerning troubleshooting. In my previous position I was also on the States High Security Advisory Board for the State of Indiana, making recommendations to ensure that the Health and Safety of State Employees and the General Public.
