In my most recent role as a Senior Construction Project Manager for Tommy Bahama Group, Inc., I was responsible for the oversight of large, complex retail and restaurant construction projects from design conception through completion and store set up. In addition, I managed vendors and contractors, created and managed facilities maintenance budgets as well as capital improvement budgets in excess of 20 million dollars and executed those projects though design, construction documents, MEP engineering, contract negotiation, estimating, bidding, procurement, project and site management. My responsibilities also included the procurement of consultants and contractors, telecommunications, security, data processing, furniture, furnishings, move-in requirements, signage, mail services and landscaping. I have also directed the full life cycle of numerous construction projects for commercial, medical, and the food services industry nation wide.
