Architect and Construction Project Manager for numerous free standing office / medical office buildings, restaurants, and tenant build out projects. As the Construction Manager, provided CM services on two ambulatory surgery centers in the Orlando Area. As the Lead Architect, provided design and permit coordination on condominiums and town-home projects in Orange, Putnam, and Indian River Counties. Full service was completed on the Delta Delta Delta Sorority House addition at the University of Central Florida. Corporate clients include such names as Dennys, Steak n Shake, and Fed-Ex. Provided for the design work and permit coordination of numerous office buildings in the 18,000 sf to 43,000 sf range. Management duties included supervision of the design staff, CAD staff, as well as the office administration staff. Financial duties included management of office billings for design and construction management services.
