I am a Construction Manager/Architect with 12 years of experience, and am currently working for Reynolds Construction Management. Previously I worked for The Rite Aid Corporation as a Manager of Construction Services, and prior to that position, I worked for The State of PA as an Architectural Designer/Project Manager. My responsibilities included the development of design criteria for renovating older Rite Aid stores to resemble the current design standards, and also developing the design criteria for converting Brooks/Ekerd stores to the current Rite aid design standard. I also worked on designing new office buildings for the Department of Military & Veterans Affairs at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, as well as maintaining existing facilities for them. Other projects that I worked on include the design of a new educational facility for the University of Maryland in Hagerstown, Maryland, The PA Department of Labor & Industrys Occupational, Vocational, and Rehabilitation Building located in Harrisburg, PA, and The Holy Spirit Hospital Out-Patient Radiology Department building also located in Harrisburg, I am familiar with all phases of the design/construction process. I work well with others, and like to take on the responsibilities that come with a project. I am not afraid to make decisions, and I am willing to work extended hours if necessary to meet a deadline. I also have worked for, and am familiar with the construction industry. I enjoy The Project Management/Construction Administration and would like to pursue into the construction industry side of building and design. I believe that my experience, perseverance, and communication skills have matured enough to take on the responsibilities that come with a management position. My salary requirements are negotiable upon interview. I thank you for taking the time to read my resume and cover letter. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Sincerely,
Lee C. Labbauf
