Initiated and executed a fast tract delivery process and innovative engineering solution enabling the project to be completed one month ahead of schedule and 8% under budgeted cost. Managed team of architects, engineers, systems integrators and subcontractors responsible for planning, designing and construction of a $6 million campus security access control system and central command center providing physical security for high-tech manufacturing, corporate offices and research facility totally over 3 million square feet in six remote locations. Led and coordinated the development of the project plan and all aspects of the day to day activities and issue resolution across the project team enabling the timely and successful delivery of a security gate houses, road gates, cameras, intrusion detection alarms and central command center.
