Led efforts of a project team to the successful completion of a $13 million, 180,000 square foot building retrofit and central utility expansion. Initiated and executed a fast tract delivery process and innovative engineering solution enabling the project to be completed one month ahead of schedule and 8% under budgeted cost. Recognized with an award of excellence from the client for the significant contribution.

Managed team of architects, engineers, systems integrators and subcontractors responsible for planning, designing and construction of a $6 million campus security access control system and central command center providing physical security for high-tech manufacturing, corporate offices and research facility totally over 3 million square feet in six remote locations. Led and coordinated the development of the project plan and all aspects of the day to day activities and issue resolution across the project team enabling the timely and successful delivery of a security gate houses, road gates, cameras, intrusion detection alarms and central command center. Results enabled increased physical security, employee safety and significant improvements in operational efficiencies and reduced cost.
