Bacon Whitney Corp (07/2007-Current) Chief Financial Officer for a newly formed company. Operations commenced 08/03/08 with the purchased of 68 vending franchisee with approximately $22M annual revenue and seven regional vending operating units with $10M annual sale. Hired permanent accounting, human resource, and IT staff. Set up accounting system using Microsoft Dynamics / Great Plains. Set up all accounting and human resource policies and procedures. Managed all day-to-day accounting operations, preparation of monthly financial statements and board reports, budgets, taxes, and treasury functions. Sold four regional vending operating divisions and assisted with the sale of the companys franchise business in December 2008. Also responsible for a separate entity with 31 vending franchisees in CA for a period of four months until accounting operations were transitions from Boston to Los Angeles.

IFMS is a $30M holding company established to implement leveraged consolidation of companies that primarily specialize in fundraising services for national and international non-profit organizations. Originally hired as a consultant to obtain bank financing and raise equity to finance the purchase of The Share Group. Became acting CFO for The Share Group during the due diligence process. A New York-based private equity firm became the lead investor and the acquisition of The Share Group was completed in May 2003. Hired as CFO of the holding company in December 2003, acquired major competitor Direct Advantage Marketing. In March 2004, raised $1M in new equity; refinanced the companys $4.25M bank debt in September 2004; raised $3.75M in mezzanine financing in December 2004.

Operating Responsibilities: The Share Group was a turn-around situation. Changed management team, rationalized cost structure, implemented incentive base compensation, closed an east coast call center, opened a west coast call center and negotiated three union contracts. Prior owner of Direct Advantage Marketing unwilling to invest additional capital. Moved call center and tripled capacity within six months. Doubled revenue and tripled operating income in first year and 20% to 25% annual growth in subsequent years.

Arthur D. Little, Inc. (8/2001-7/2002) Performed role of Controller for $400M international consulting firm. Responsible for worldwide consolidation of 120 entities and all external reporting. Prepared companys first 10-K. Managed staff of 22 and all accounting operations. Worked closely with IT on system enhancements.
