Chief Resident Engineer / Municipal Consulting Engineer Parsons International, UAE and Saudi Arabia, 2004 07 Client contact and coordination responsibility to over 40 contracts for wastewater/water plant upgrades, odor control stations, pumping stations, irrigation systems, storm water drainage and flood control projects in the Abu Dhabi Emirate.
