Managed a busy HR department for this fast paced professional services firm. Recruited engineering, technical and administrative staff, managed compensation and benefits, handled employee relations, developed policies, and implemented new processes during a period when RDK grew from 90 to 260 employees and added three offices. Responsible for preparing annual Affirmative Action Plan, VETS 100 Filing and EEO-1 filing. Also mediated issues among staff and managers including performance issues and terminations, researched and wrote company policies, solved problems, and authorized all payroll related changes generated by HR such as raises, promotions, new hires, terminations, etc.

Also assisted with termination related documentation.
