Purchased labor and material semi-custom home builder and land developer. Maintained specifications, scopes of work and master contracts for all subcontractors. Developed options and standard features documentation for Sales and Marketing team. Administered bid process for residential products ranging from $250K townhomes to $950k single family homes. Reviewed gross profit analysis on each house and tracked variances for possible scope changes while monitoring for accurate costs & coding.
