Range of duties include: all preconstruction services including: environmental impact reviews, zoning and entitlement, code compliance and building department reviews, logistics planning, cost budgeting, selection of design and consulting team, general contractor interviews, award and contract negotiation.
Oversee all company-wide approval of subcontractor scopes and contract awards, schedules / budgets, project meeting and requisition reviews, change orders, dispute resolutions and reporting to partners and investors.
