Achievements
-In 2004 refurbished all two levels of boiler/machineries rooms. After 2004, located/repaired, in buildings heating system, a lot of problems as faulty steam traps, defective pneumatic control valves, leaking pipes, nonfunctional vacuum pump, etc and repaired them by saving thousands of dollars in fuel consumption and conservation of energy.
Did a thorough check of cooling system, starting with chillers, eliminate refrigerant leaks and some other malfunctions, check thermostats function, replacement of filters ,with final result electrical energy saving.
Created several graphs and spreadsheets typical for our property to keep track of maintenance and quality of work and actually I am working on creating a bar code system to track periodical maintenance of machineries in particular. : I have had 4 times raises in my salary and always annual bonuses.
