Architect's Construction Administrator/Field Representative on the 55-story Security Pacific National Bank World Headquarters Project in Los Angeles. Administered the total project in the field, due to the strong need for close coordination and immediate resolution of field problems. Construction Administrator for additional smaller projects during this same period.

Initially, lead Structural Engineer on the twin 42-story steel-framed office towers for the Atlantic-Richfield Plaza Project in Los Angeles. Responsible for the structural design, production of structural drawings and coordination with other disciplines. Upon completion of the design phase, assumed the responsibilities of Construction Administrator for the entire 2.2 million sq. ft. project plus adjacent multi-story concrete parking garage. Upon completion of the base-building construction, became Project Architect for the Tenant Development phase of the project.
