Landmark projects included Abbot Northwestern Hospital, The Guthrie Theatre, Allianz Insurance Building and the Grand Casino. Trained and supervised apprentices.

Responsible for carpentry, remodeling and maintenance of 350 rental properties. Managed a crew of four laborers. Performed carpentry, plumbing, electrical and remodeling on both houses and apartment homes. Handled turnovers, bathroom remodels, trim and finish work, cement work, kitchen remodels, appliance removal and installation.
