Software Randy is a LEED accredited, seasoned professional with over 21 years of project management, administration, and business operations experience. Acting as an Owner Representative, and Construction Manager he has been responsible for design implementation, bidding procedures/contract negotiations, and construction administration. He also oversees construction completion, Owner Move-in, FF&E installation, performance analysis, punch list completion, project closeout, staff training, and warranty implementation and completion. He has been on assignment as the Owners Director of Facilities responsible for their day to day operation. With a focus on sustainable design and energy contract performance, an understanding of the complexities of multi-million dollar programs, and his attention to detail, Randy offers clients an additional resource for their highest quality program delivery process.
