September 2007 to Current; National Sales Manager - West Schield Family Brands, Medford WI Responsible for All Schield Family Brands; Weather Shield, Peach Tree, Vetter, Crestline & Visions for Western USA and international sales in China, Japan, Australia, Canada and Mexico. Re-structured entire sales team, integrated three sales groups nationally to a single sales force responsible for all brands. 2009 Sales growth 9%, 2008 Sales growth 14% . Lowered selling expense 47%. Sr Manager responsible for development and launch of new Remodeler Program Program has increased distribution in our remodeler market segment over 43%. Currently launching Commercial Window and Door Program, targeted to light commercial and institutional projects.
