Responsible for managing entire corporate campus totaling more then 500,000 square feet of space and an additional 650 branch offices totaling more then 1.5 million square feet; with responsibility for lease/rent negotiations, property management, space planning, construction, branch standards, furniture, and IT infrastructure build-outs.
Created strategic real estate plans in collaboration with executive management for Kellys 400+ branches in 17 countries across Europe. Also responsible for branch portfolio in Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
