 Managing over 300 people and budgets in excess of $400M
 Assuring adherence to the highest level of safety and quality standards

Known as a dynamic, results-driven leader and mentor, I continually challenge myself and others to strive for excellence. Ive led teams in orchestrating difficult turnarounds and transforming world class organizations. My success is supported by a BS in Construction Management/Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Selected Achievements

Slashed operating budget 16-fold. Challenged to cut Schlumbergers operating/management costs to under $8M per year while directing $50M budget covering 11 CA sites. Utilizing strong leadership, drive, strategic planning and team-building acumen, reduced annual operating budget to $3.1M and grew margin $70M+ over a five-year period.

Significantly grew revenue/margins. Sales of solar systems had quadrupled, but SunPower lacked right staff and procedures to meet demand. Hired talented construction PMs. Set weekly update meetings/trainings. Completed 60+ PV solar projects in NA/Hawaiian Islands, with stellar safety record and five consecutive quarters of growth.

Negotiated demolition of facility at zero cost. Schlumbergers cost for demolition of 300,000+ sq. ft. facility in SC was $4M. Arranged for an aggressive demolition contractor to offset all demolition, grading and landscaping costs through complex second-party contract for sale of all reclaimable materials/equipment. Saved company entire $4M.

Increased productivity to achieve lucrative incentive goals. SunPowers production rates at Nellis AFBs PV trackers installations were 40% behind schedule. Negotiated aggressive recovery subcontract agreement with steelworker contractor and set up production tracking system, increasing productivity 60% to gain $10M incentive.
