Vice President Forward Planning and Development, Brenson Communties, 6/03-9/08. Responsible for the coordination and management of land acquisition and forward planning activities for over 1,200 units throughout Riverside and San Diego counties including specific plans and master planned communities. Coordinated proforma budgets and schedules, assisted in the preparation of DRE, and serve as Project Manager for the preparation CFD, LAFCO, CEQA, ACOE, CDFGW, EIR, ESA and NEPA documents. Ensure CEQA and NEPA project quality, schedule and budget objectives are being met. Conduct site inspections and lead safety meetings. Manage multidisciplinary teams of staff and sub consultants. Manage regulatory compliance, and permitting through various agencies.
