Objective: My goal is to achieve a career position where I may utilize my loyalty, dedication, determination, knowledge, and versatility to assist in the growth of an organization. I understand the high importance of reducing cost and am always focusing on the multiple ways cost efficiency can be obtained. I appear to have an asset to others in reducing cost by increasing productivity. I am a generalist in many areas of business from accounting to marketing and a majority of skills in between. I am most beneficial to a firm in multi-tasked environment; boredom is something I cannot tolerate. I go to work to better a company in any area needed. I do not go to work to earn a paycheck and do enough to get by. Believe me I have NEVER wanted to be self-employed and will be happy to leave that to others.

Shortly after hiring I saw the need for action in the warehouse. Customer wait time was too high, the department was over staffed, and organization was non-existent. Within 6 months of being hired I was giving the opportunity, upon my request. I reduced staff by 60% (this is before the layoffs occurred), decreased customers wait time and satisfaction significantly, had inventory organized and motivated remaining staff. Employees were trained to due all aspects of the warehouse; this in turn motivated them to succeed. For the entire company was voted new hire of the Year in 2006 and Warehouse Manager of the year in 2007. Company has 11 locations. 07/00 06/05 United Hoist Equipment DISTRIBUTOR CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENTTampa, FL Manager I was hired as a personal assistant to the CEO and to assist the controller, bookkeeper, yard manager, 4 outside salesmen, and scheduling coordinator. Within 18 months I reduced clerical staff to myself and 2 outside salesmen. This was done more through coincidence, bookkeeper had to take a leave of absence I was able to step up and perform her duties. Several months later the director resigned and I was able to perform his job duties while still continuing to do my own. This continued for about 18-months. With my assistance the company was able to increase sales and profit, while reducing payroll and expenses.
