Design and construction of a 10,000 SF custom Plant Materials Building at the new Dry Bridge Road location. Self performed all field construction.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
General Contractor for Total renovation of corporate offices at regional headquarters
E.I. Dupont & Co.
Demolition and reconstruction of major building facility per Dupont direction. This was a removal of the existing NOMEX material (roll) storage system in phases. Installed new traveling transporters (on rails), new racking, new robotic roll carriers, all provided by Eaton - Ken way corp. Several other Dupont projects performed on a t&m basis. Self perform all field construction.

Several design / build projects including removal and replacement of concrete floors, site work, reworking walls, office and production area painting, and equipment installations.
Westvaco

1983-1988 Senior Planning and Budget Analyst with VA Power. Responsible for Project Management systems during the Bath county pump storage hydro project. Estimated, planned, and monitored the work for cost and schedule progress. Estimated and monitored engineering and construction progress at multiple station sites.
