Construction Executive: My career has allowed me the opportunity to be involved in almost every
facet of the construction industry working with Fortune 500 companies and major A/E firms across the
country, enabling me to progress in position and experience. That experience includes the
management of as many as 190 skilled and non-skilled personnel, design/build projects, estimating,
scheduling, and budget responsibilities. As Executive VP, a transformation from a singular focused
operation to one that included process mechanics, an AISC Certified structural steel shop, a machine
shop, and crane service were made and improved profitability and expanded the client base.

Project Highlights
Northside Expansion, Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport: Budget $8.5M
Obtained proposals and selected architect for design of hangar and office complex. Incorporated
design to meet the intent of the owner and proposed tenants, filed and obtained FAA approvals,
airport authority approvals, submitted contract documents for building permits, and managed
construction.
Precipitated Calcium Carbonate Plant: Budget $6.5M
Active in the design and construction of PCC plant within the confines of a working paper mill.
Designed for the system to use the existing flue gas discharge in the production of calcium carbonate
for use in the paper process. The project included the structure, extensive piping, scrubber selection
and installation, pumping, mechanical conveying systems, and final commissioning.
#2 Kiln Installation: Budget $40M
The project management duties included development of P&ID diagrams, construction documents, the
conveyance of raw material to the site, chemically treating and bleaching the product, bin and silo
storage facilities, mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems, process piping, drying and
pulverizing the product, and facilities for rail loading and bagging operations.
Miscellaneous Airport Projects: Budgets $100K to $800K
Completed numerous projects in several airports across the state of Florida varying from tenant buildouts,
to new construction, renovations, maintenance issues and hurricane repair, managing as many
as 15 assorted projects simultaneously.
