Project Manager for the team assigned to the General Services Administration (GSA) to manage the selected General Contractor performing a $30 million dollar remodel and renovation of the existing six-level Foley Federal Courthouse building located in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities of the Construction Manager include coordination of the General Contractor in all disciplines including Electrical, Security Mechanical and Interior finish sub-contractors engaged on the Project as well as the overall project responsibilities for compliance to the Architectural Design, Project Budget, Schedule, and cost issues.

Field Engineer / MEP Inspector on a $150 Million dollar 12 floor Detention Center and $200 Million dollar 32 level HighRise Courthouse for Clark County. Responsibilities included Mechanical and Electrical Construction inspections, issuance of Non-Compliance notices for incorrect installations along with tracking to resolution of the same within the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. Also assisted the General Contractor with Field recommendations to correct non-compliant system installations and follow-up to resolution of critical schedule impact issues on the Clients behalf.

Electrical Engineer responsible for Construction Installation and System Integration
of Electrical / Electronics systems and hardware for Lawrence Livermore National
Laboratories and Sandia Laboratories in California. This is a one of a kind prototype
installation for the United States Department of the Energy. Security and classified
Clearances were necessary to perform on this project.
