         Authored the original business plan developing a manufacturing, research, development, education and Campus in southern Nevada.


         Articulated at the C and Senior Level the vision and mission of the Yucca Mountain Development Group to national, state and local political leaders, financial institutions and business leaders securing commitment and support for this energy research and development facility.   


         Created and directed the operations, business development, asset generation and marketing/public relations departments for this 501(c)(6)non-profit business development, research and education corporation.


         Developed through local and international banking sources a flexible funding mechanism for the development of Yucca Mountain Repository as a Government Owned, Contractor Operated (GOCO) facility in Nevada.


         Secured commitment to create a projected 7500 jobs in research, development, manufacturing, education and training within a economic engine generating a estimated $2.4 billion in taxable revenue for the state of Nevada 


         Directed and executed the strategic marketing and tactical promotion plans attracting over 200 research and development companies to the Yucca Mountain enterprise.
