Director of Construction for the Towers Division. Promoted in 2006 to Vice President of Construction for the Towers division. Responsible for all operations of projects from logistics, site layout, underground utilities, structural foundation and layout, preliminary budgeting, estimating, scheduling, project staffing, contract awarding and building completion. Responsibilities included site preparation including demolition of existing structure, underground utilities, structural layout, plan review, construction layout, budgeting and scheduling.
