Overcame challenging site conditions to create internal Texas Wrap structured parking.
Hembree Center, Alpharetta, Georgia: Determined market opportunity in incubator style industrial suites; designed and constructed 7-building, $11.4M industrial condominium project with 134K square feet. Pinpointed profitable niche market targeting small businesses and entrepreneurs; developed design maximizing office space flexibility while substantially decreasing occupancy costs.

The Clairemont, Decatur, Georgia: Managed all phases of $22M midrise luxury condominium complex with 66 units; determined senior-living opportunity and conceived award-winning Grand Hotel concept. Gained necessary approvals for urban infill project and oversaw development and sales. Achieved 23% net profit margin. Awarded HBAMA gold award for the best multi-family project of the year.
Talley Street Lofts, Decatur, Georgia: Project Manager for City of Decatur Housing Authority to construct $13M, 90-unit soft-loft affordable housing condominium. Designed, developed and constructed mid-rise housing complex for limited-income citizens and life cycle housing. Ranked Top 5 in metropolitan sales for 2007; collaborated to conceive innovative finance program to accommodate citizens with limited financial means. Honored for Excellence in Design, Modeling and Marketing with 3 HBAMA awards.
Rosewalk, Decatur, Georgia: Took on and transformed an $18M, failing project designed as a high-density community on urban renewal land. Resolved unique challenges and developed six detached homes per acre density, exceeding profit margin targets by selling homes in record speed. Secured German firm, Gerb, to resolve vibration challenge caused by underground rapid transit subway system; partnered with Gerb to design and install vibration suppressant foundation systems made from coiled springs. Awarded Southern Living Magazines national Best in Living award; HBAMA awards for Overall Design, Model Home and Sales Center Design and Foundation Systems.
ADDITIONAL POSITIONS include serving as the Senior Vice President for Sequoyah Equities, a regional real estate property investor.
