MISSION STATEMENT: I am an expert in the field of Construction Management, particularly Electrical Engineering and Power Utility Generation. I am a long-time Journeyman Wireman, which gives me actual hands-on experience in the industry. For twenty years I have served in a Project Management and Superintendent capacity on High Dollar operations for the private and government sector. My experience as an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager is augmented with an Administrative background which has always proved useful in Construction and Life Safety and Labor Relations as well as Quantity Surveying. I am in excellent health and have no compunction about hard work, long hours, travel or harsh conditions. I serve faithfully and in a superior fashion in whatever context my job places me.
I am currently a Construction Director in Kabul, Afghanistan.
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Master of Public Administration: 1984. University of Mississippi. Specialized in Public Administration, Labor Relations, Statistical Sociology, Management, and Human Relations. Served as full-time Consultant to Legal and Labor Fields and Electrical.
University of Mississippi Law School: 1981. Attended one year of Law School to supplement education, specializing in Contract and Labor Law. Continued Consultant work with Legal, Labor and Electrical Agencies.
Bachelor of Public Administration: 1980. University of Mississippi. Specialized in Public Administration, Human Relations, Criminology and Management. Full-time Consultant with public and private companies in the fields of Labor Relations and Construction.
Bachelor of Science Equivalence in Electrical Engineering: 1977. University of Tennessee through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Apprenticeship. Four years specializing in Electrical/Electronic Systems and Design, Life Safety and Security. Became Journeyman and received Federal Q-2 Clearance.

I have excellent public relations, contract negotiation skills and a proficient speaking and writing ability. However, out of all my employee traits, I would have to call on my loyalty to my employer as being tantamount.
