My resume reflects the scope and depth of my experience including a career tenure with leading consulting firms and highlights and some of my more noteworthy accomplishments; however I want to feature my expertise in the following: New Construction, Record Keeping, Agency Governance, Ethical standards and compliance with policies, Budget preparations, maintaining a high level of confidentiality relative to work performance.

Duties include: recruiting, training, developing and maintaining operations policies and procedures, manuals and skilled personnel. Position requires experience in implementing and administering design & construction project management programs, making executive management and strategic planning decisions utilizing internal and external financial variables, negotiation and coordination of Government. Contracts and task orders proposals, organization and evaluation of program and project management staff, implementation of project reporting and resources to maintain quality and consistent operations.
Outstanding skills/competencies in leadership and team objectives.
Proven ability to independently plan, prioritize and manage special projects and work efficiently under deadlines. Developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations ensuring accuracy and quality.
Lead and develop a team of 20-30 associates. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department. Able to motivate others to meet production goals in an extremely deadline-driven environment.
Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates. Ensure all procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention.
Carry out the supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities will include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; resolving conflicts; labor staffing.
Communicate policies to associates and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken.
Development and execution of daily and weekly action plans in order to meet department and Fulfillment Center performance expectations.
Understanding and use of Fulfillment Center and Company systems and understanding and control of department functions and procedures.
Creating, managing and supporting recognition and communication programs that foster an environment of teamwork for associates and peers.
Conferring with management personnel to establish and maintain quality control standards. Communicating all pertinent procedures and safety regulations to shift staff. Required to report and record any production irregularities and disruption in process to Operations Manager.
