I also just finished the masonry on this 150 + million dollar resort "Viceroy at Snowmass Village." Inside was cmu units and outside was stone.
DENVER, Colorado -- PCL Construction Services, Inc. (Denver) has been
awarded the Viceroy Hotel and Resort project in Snowmass Village,
Colorado. This project will be in excess of $150 million.
In a joint venture with CFC Construction, PCL will serve as
Construction Manager on this high-profile project near Aspen. The
425,000-square-foot complex will include 186 hotel/condo units, a
full-service spa, restaurants, and conference facilities. It is part of
a $2-billion development by Related Westpac, known as Base Village at
the Snowmass Ski Resort. This award is the culmination of six months of
preconstruction services, which included an initial $17-million
contract for site preparation and excavation.
