ZUKIN CORPORATION, Menlo Park, CAJuly 2001 to Present ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER Executive manager overseeing the daily operations of a large portfolio of multi-unit residential and commercial investment properties valued at over $300M. Implements and supervises all aspects of asset management including the day to day operations, sales and marketing, facilities and building preservation, staff recruiting, training, development and supervision. Financial responsibilities including profit and loss analysis, budget development, payroll and accounting. Designs, develops and implements a wide variety of tenant improvements, construction and maintenance projects from conception to completion.
