Project involved renovating and restacking 13 floors for State Street Bank, a tenant, as well as simultaneous core work for the Landlord LaSalle. Multi-Functional Arts Facility - Ryder Hall, Northeastern University
Renovation of five-story, old mill-style warehouse into an academic office building with studio space for Fine Arts Program. Project received an award from Associated General Contractors for schedule and cost performance.
