Directed daily operations of various multimillion-dollar construction initiatives and prepared and controlled project budgets. Championed construction and completion of $220M, 33-story new corporate hotel, Moscone Center, in San Francisco, California, which included 565,000 square feet, 550 rooms and suites, underground parking, 43,000 square feet of ballroom, meeting spaces, and conference facilities, and 5,500-square foot spa. Completed construction within 28-month period.
Spearheaded project management and completion of $185M, 12-story, and 475,000-square foot corporate hotel in Boston, Massachusetts within 28 months; hotel included 424 rooms and suites, underground parking, 4,500-square foot spa, and 44,000 square feet of meeting spaces/facilities.
Headed $95M renovation for 383-room Mark Hopkins Historic Hotel, which included refurbishing all guestrooms, suites, public spaces, meeting facilities, and exterior faade.

Executed on-time and on-budget construction of $115M, 23-story, 585,000-square foot InterContinental Hotel, with 422 rooms and suites, underground parking, 40,000 square feet of meeting spaces/facilities, and 4,000-square foot spa in Atlanta, Georgia.
Managed $85M conversion and re-branding of Crowne Plaza Hotel to InterContinental Hotel in Houston, Texas, which included 485 rooms and suites, 500-space garage, 65,000-square foot facility addition, and renovation of all public spaces, restaurant, lounge, kitchens, and meeting spaces. Completed conversion within time and budgetary targets.
Completed assignment in Dubai for IHG, volunteering to assist and consult EMEA IHG Design & Engineering department due to several employee departures; played integral role in development planning, openings, and major property renovations.
