Championed the construction and completion of a $220M, 33-story new corporate hotel, Moscone Center, in San Francisco, California, which included 565,000 square feet, 550 rooms and suites, underground parking, 43,000 square feet of ballroom, meeting spaces, and conference facilities, and a 5,500-square foot spa. Completed the construction within a 28-month period (InterContinental Hotels Group). Spearheaded the project management and completion of a $185M, 12-story, and 475,000-square foot corporate hotel in Boston, Massachusetts within 28 months; the hotel included 424 rooms and suites, underground parking, a 4,500-square foot spa, and 44,000 square feet of meeting spaces/facilities. Managed the $85M conversion and re-branding of the Crowne Plaza Hotel to an InterContinental Hotel in Houston, Texas, which included 485 rooms and suites, a 500-space garage, a 65,000-square foot facility addition, and renovation of all public spaces, restaurant, lounge, kitchens, and meeting spaces. Completed the conversion within time and budgetary targets.
