I have 30 years experience in the commercial construction industry in Colorado. I have been the estimator for over 200 commercial building projects, have designed over 200 commercial buildings, and have served as project manager for over 40 commercial building projects.
My background in architectural design (non-CAD) has afforded me a unique attention to detail in estimating with proven skills in pre-construction, conceptual estimating, and performing complete take-offs and pricing for large and complex commercial projects. I am comfortable interacting with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors during negotiation and execution in the role of estimator or project manager.
