** Intel Corporation - Provided strategic and tactical leadership construction managmenet services for two extremely complex infrastructure development projects - a $400M MSB facility and neighboring $600M RA4 sort/die prep, data center, and office facility. Expertly managed people, consultants, budgets, contracts, and ever-changing priorities for the massive engagements, which required extensive planning and careful execution to meet deadlines, overcome challenges, and ensure uninterrupted operations of the adjacent operating facility.
** University of Utah - (via Layton) Participated in strategic planning as consultant and executive advisor for the university's $130M USTAR project. Scrutinized infrastructure design and assisted in formulating a streamlined implementation plan for all project stages.
** National Security Agency (NSA) (via ClarkLayton) - Hand-selected to provide vision and direction for ClarkLayton joint venture. Reviewed and advised on development of proposed solution for the new $1B NSA data center in Utah.
** Avalon Healthcare - Isolated inefficiencies and performance gaps, and presented an advisory report with detailed recommendations on improving efficiency, productivity, safety, and code compliance in 36 health care facilities in five U.S. states.
GOLDMAN SACHS & CO., 2007 to 2009
Program Manager and Financial Controls Manager
Designed, developed, and implemented data center infrastructures of significant size and scope to support the organization's reputation and increase its capacity to conduct real-time trades in a mission-critical environment. Led direct/indirect reports in the U.S. and India in executing breakthrough projects and operations, including $143M 30MW data center in Bridgewater, NJ and $120M 30MW expansion in Carteret, NJ.
