I have a NICET Level II certification - Expires 7/1/2014 , a university
degree and a high school transcript. Plus I have ACI certification, Penndot
Concrete certification, and Next Gen certification.

Since 2002 I have been acting in a project management function and as
an inspector for various PENNDOT, Turnpike and municipal agencies. I recently
completed a project for Tri-State Design and Development and the Allegheny
County Airport as an inspector for the reconstruction of the taxiways.
Prior to this I was working on a PENNDOT project in Tioga County,
building a new bridge to replace the existing bridge on SR 49, near Osceola,
PA. I also worked with Uni-Tec Consulting Engineers where I was a Resident
Project Representative (RPR) on two sewer projects in Johnsonburg, PA. a)
Wastewater System Upgrade Project Phase I Collection System Rehabilitation
Contract No. 06-03 b) Johnson Run Pump Station and Facilities Relocation
Project Contract No. 06-02. Prior to the above I worked on several District 02
projects as noted in my resume. I would be willing to be in an inspection
function or as you might see me fit into your organization. In 2011 I worked in
West Chester, PA, Hazleton, PA and the Poconos on some PennDOT projects:
painting roadway, paving roadway, working on and off ramps. 

When I first started in this business I worked for the Maguire Group as
an assistant to an Engineer (ACE) as we did Construction Management.  I took the minutes for over 100 project
control meetings.  Plus I assisted in
other functions as well.

Prior to this I worked for an architectural firm for
more than thirteen years as an architectural representative and later as an
office manager. I assisted in all level of the firm, from bidding,
preconstruction conferences, inspections, leading job conferences, updating
as-built drawings, developing cost estimates, drafting sketches, coordinate
pre-final and final inspections, and assist in punch list development.
