project superintendent on Critical Schedule projects. Projects completed
where large renovation projects , Aston gardens Clubhouse in Tampa , This was a
14,000 sq ft active clubhouse that was completely renovated while in full use
and was completed 6 weeks ahead of schedule. Century Link Tech offices and
warehouse this was a interior renovation
with a 3 week schedule which included demo and completely new interior layout
and all new mechanical& electrical to be installed. It was completed in 20 days.

organization all completed ahead of schedule. Project size ranged from
900,000.00 to 7.5 million. Was honored as Superintendent of the Year in 2006
& 2007, Honor Roll 2008 and promoted to general superintendent in 2008.
Along with complete site management of my own projects I also managed 13 other
superintendents along with oversight to their respective projects too.
Developed site management protocols to utilize company wide and held
superintendent training on monthly bases for the other field staff to take the

the trainer certification in 2009 and managed the project site safety along
