projects.  From inception and due diligence through
permitting and closeout, I managed projects to
steady on time/under budget completion.

University of Texas at Arlington and I am a
Registered Architect in Texas, Tennessee and West
Virginia.  I hold National Council of Architectural
Registration Boards (NCARB) Certification and am a
member of the American Institute of Architects and
Texas Society for Architects.

CAREER HISTORY

Construction Manager (Contract Position), Pinnacle
Technical Resources, 1/2012 to 6/2012.  Coordinated
construction projects for industrial power generation
clients including Luminant, Sandow SES, and Pinnacle
Technical Resources.  Managed project budgets from
$20K to $750K.  Led project teams from multiple
contractors.

Architect, Patterson Architects, 2010 to 2011.  Led
design, management and construction documents and
administration of commercial, retail, and office
building projects.  Managed project budgets from
$100K to $3.5M and team of two direct reports.
Completed key $3.5M project for BMI Defense Systems
well within budget.

Principal, Mason Architects, 2009 to 2010, 2005 to
2007.  Directed all aspects of business including
proposal / contract development, architectural
design, construction documents, project management,
and construction administration.  Managed budgets
from $20K to $1.25M and teams of 12 to 15
consultants.

Senior Architect, Burwil  Construction, Co., 2007 to
2009.  Managed architectural design studio for
design-build projects ranging from $75K to $1.5M.
Collaborated with clients and construction managers
to produce designs that met client needs and
construction budgets.  Led team of four direct
reports.

Project Architect, Ken Ross Architects Corp., 2001
to 2005.  Provided management, production and
construction administration for retail, educational,
commercial, and office building projects.  Conducted
code review and analysis and designed architectural
projects.  Managed $350K to $17M project budgets.
