This is the Home Page for my three employable professions:

Each of these professions has its own specific set of criteria and experiences. However, there are common management skills among them: effective communications on all levels, leadership with integrity, proficient computer skills, and sound business and personnel practices.

1.Pragmatic Analysis Methodology: Organizing & actualizing problem solving procedures for human and technical applications. 2.Computer Skills For Information Processing: Proficiency using and developing computer resources online, offline, and in specific task programs. (Microsoft Word, Excel, and others) 3.Contracts & Legal: Agreements for services, change orders, permits, bids & proposals, legal cases, repair orders, claims. 4.Personnel Leadership: Getting work done through people in the building trades, auto repair trades, and information technology trades. 5.Voice Interaction: Accomplishing goals with the spoken word. 6.Composition: Accomplishing goals with the written word. 7.Graphic Illustration: Scaled drawings, including tri-view design, perspective renderings, and cut-away configuration renderings. Blueprint, diagram, and photographic interpretation. 8.Advanced Carpentry Skills: Including time & materials estimating.
Experiences: Technologies & Expertise from field work...
Contracting & Subcontracting There is so much more to contracting than being the best tradesman of a building specialty. One needs the disciplines of construction contract solicitation, estimating, engineering, multi-discipline subcontractor coordination and control, cost accounting and payable accounts, and permit acquisition...in addition to being the best and most preferred tradesman in a particular specialty.
Whether the project was a 30-man crew of carpenters and tradesmen transforming an 80-ft by 200-ft restaurant structure, inside and out, or a one-man residential structural alteration adding a new wing and roof structure, the process is essentially the same: the general plan, the procurement of the contract, the specific plan, the production, the conclusion of the plan, and the follow-through.
Auto Dealership Management My work as a service manager was the sharpest learning experience for problem-solving procedures and conflict resolution techniques. Job experiences in body shop management, engine rebuilding sales contracts, and sales of new and pre-owned vehicles rounds out my exposure to dealership departmental functions and symbiosis. Warranty claims and insurance claims processing were particularly insightful and provided vital experience for dealership consulting services.
My most recent role involved problem-solving tasks with 20 to 40 GM dealers daily, using advanced public relations telephone skills, computer resources, and extensive dealership management experience. Tasks included advice on rejected warranty claims, dealer accounting, recalls and special policies, and new vehicle damage. Documentation of each verbal exchange included a keyed-in composition and indexing of sources in a case file format.
Account Manager, Sales Engineering My work as account executive for an advertising/public relations firm included client solicitation, sales interaction, marketing campaign strategy & implementation, copy writing, and interaction with agency creative staff.
As a sales engineer for graphics, sign & display production companies, my duties were to interface with customers to develop graphic arts products for product markings, point-of purchase displays, and signs. Technologies include silk screen printing, design, and 3-dimensional graphics & structures.
I am a professional writer with published non-fiction works and successful legal cases. I will engage in research, interviews, photography, illustrating, reporting, and presentations to accomplish any given assignment. Lists, Listings, & Histories:
