I am seeking a position of Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager / Estimator that would best utilize my 35+ years of electrical, estimating and construction management experience, exemplary interpersonal skills, technical knowledge with most Computer Aided Estimating Systems, and sound resource management principles. Primary goal is maintain the highest level of leadership and Mentoring with integrity, while providing valued competent and professional services to your Brand , customer base and entire community.
I am expert with most of the Computerized Electrical and General Construction Estimating Software Systems such as Estimation, McCormick, Timberline and RS Means Costworks. I am also knowledgeable and therefore an expert with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Microsoft Project software packages.
I am very experienced with both Design/Build and Plans & Spec Construction as demonstrated in my Resume. I am a self starter and bring a strong desire to learn and therefore be able to mentor those Team members working with me. I thrive under pressure and will endeavor to earn my co-workers trust as an experienced and knowledgeable Leader. I have been fortunate enough to have owned and operated a profitable Electrical Construction Company employing a field work force of 60 Electricians, Helpers and Heavy Equipment Operators for over 20 years.
