I was in charge of numerous preconstruction tasks, including value engineering, scoping the subcontractors, administering and negotiating their contract. led a team of engineers in finding the discrepancies between M, E, P, IT and Structural drawings and specification (as it often happens the specification is written by someone familiar with that section of the specification but not that familiar with terms defined in other section of the spec). I managed the resolution of the discrepancies with design team.
I Performed site survey activities, Monitored and managed all communication between the project team and the client, contractors and vendors, Scheduled and attended client meetings, regular project status meetings, and presentations as required, Validated that the design recommendation are consistent with the approved project budget, when variances occur, scheduled MEP work in accordance with the overall CPM, planning and execution of the commissioning activities, final close out.

Among many other projects I was responsible for projects at East and West coast of the USA, one project ($15,000,000 (Washington DC Convention Center) and $4,000,000 (Los Angeles Airport terminal expansion) in California. I have been in charge of (in average) 23.5% of companys total sale and responsible for (in average) 44.3% of its revenue for the past 7 years.
