CAREER HISTORY
Director of Construction, The Tetra Companies,
L.L.C., 2006 to 2010. A $14M real estate
development firm. Promoted to preside over all
construction related progress activities of
properties from design of land use to contract
approvals and final building of designed
product. Managed a $14M budget and nine direct
reports.

Project Manager, The Tetra Companies L.L.C.,
2006-2010. Hired to oversee projects in the
area that were in different stages of
development and planning. Simplified complex
problems, and directed high-functioning teams.
Provided overall support and direction for
project planning, scheduling, resources and
budget tracking.

Install Sales Manager, Stock Building Supply
Co., 1996 to 2006. $1.4B Construction Materials
firm. Established sales goals and projected
margins, supervised and directed activities
associated with the marketing, selling,
installing or constructing, collections, and
customer follow up. Managed a $3M budget and
five employees.

Owner/CEO, P.A.P.S. Corp., 1994 to 1997.  A
$700K Independent Construction Management firm.
Evaluated subcontract bids, ensuring cost-
effective builds, managed site surveys,
permits, regulatory compliance, and change
orders. Directed new construction projects,
renovation, and expansions. Managed budget of
$100K 10 people.
