Manage entire scope of R&D projects for Building Elements lab. Initiate patent process for completed projects. Supervise staff of 19.
COO / CEO, Global Building Systems, Inc., 2008 to 2010. A modular home construction company. Brought in by Board of Directors to save flagging business. Directed all operations. Drove strategic development planning. Monitored financial conditions and reported to Board of Directors. Held P&L responsibility. Led team of 20.
COO, The Levie Group, LLC, 2007 to 2008. A private utility, real estate management and development holding company. Provided operational oversight for 40+ companies.
