Earned Value Manager 9/2009-7/2010 The Shaw Group Vogtle Nuclear Station, Waynesboro, GA
Considered the Subject Matter Expert for the setting up of WBS, Original Budgets and Earned Value System for the first new nuclear EPC project in 30 years. Managed team of four Cost Analysts in the production of Weekly Earned Value Reports. Responsible for interfacing with engineering and construction discipline leads in the development, importing of and progressing all work packages used to produce data for earned value calculation of percent complete statistics. Performed all duties required, including time phased forecasting, for the development and reporting of the Estimate At Completion for all direct construction.
